Integrative Lighting Design: A Challenge-Based Learning Approach for Lifelong Learning in a Hybrid Format

This session presents an innovative Challenge-Based Learning (CBL) approach designed for lifelong learning in integrative lighting design. Developed by TU/e Innovation Space and the Intelligent Lighting Institute, this modular and adaptive trajectory allows professionals to create personalized learning paths while tackling real-world challenges. The hybrid format combines online modules and in-session collaboration to address the societal need for healthier, more sustainable environments. Participants will engage in group discussions and knowledge sharing, providing insights to refine the educational design. They will leave with a deeper understanding of the learning experience platform and how CBL can be applied in a professional context.
