Towards equity in diverse learning environments: how to handle differences in time investment of students in Expedition the Healthy North?

Our minor program Expedition the Healthy North hosts an educational program for students from the Applied Sciences, University and Secondary Vocational Education in the North of Groningen. Our challenge centers around the 3 shared hours for part-time and full-time students who must meet the same learning outcomes. In our last edition more freedom was allowed, but this resulted in less productive team meetings and not having the expected impact on the context of the challenge. As we prepare for a new curriculum, we seek advice on structuring these hours and ensuring equitable learning for all students.
