Challenge-based Learning (CBL) shows the potential to empower vocational learners to drive intrapreneurship and responsible innovation within their companies. In order to co-create a CBL-learning format for this purpose, we will share insights from focus groups and stakeholder workshops from the StartYOUtopia initiative and discuss the CBL workshop design in an interactive session. Using the World Café method, participants will discuss practical challenges, co-creation with companies, and sustainable program development. The outcomes will inform the next implementation phase, further advancing CBL as an impactful approach to fostering intrapreneurial competences in vocational education and contributing to sustainable transformation.
