Please note that sustainability is one of the key strategic priorities of the TU/e. Therefore, we kindly request that when travelling to and from TU/e you will be opting for the more sustainable options, such as public transport, biking, and walking.'


Travel by car

The TU/e campus is located in the center of Eindhoven. If you come by car ANWB signposting on all motorways to and around Eindhoven will indicate the direction Centrum, until Universiteit is indicated.

In your navigation system you can enter address: De Zaale, Eindhoven.

Upon your arrival on TU/e campus you switch off your navigation system at the barriers. The signposting system will take over the guidance. Follow the signs to the Auditorium building. 

There is a parking lot in front of the building. Please note that parking is not free of charge on the campus. You can pay at six terminals on the campus or at the barrier.


Travel by airplane and train

The conference will be held at the campus of the Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e). This has excellent transport links, located in the centre of Eindhoven, five-minute walk from the Central Station. 

There are direct connections by bus from Eindhoven airport to Eindhoven railway station, while direct trains from Schiphol airport to Eindhoven run every 30 minutes approximately.

From Amsterdam Schiphol Airport 
Trains departing from Schiphol Airport can take you to the Eindhoven Central Station in less than 1.5 hours.

Cost: approximately € 23,30 one way for adults.
Once you arrive at the Eindhoven Central Station, you can reach TU/e in 5 minutes by walking.

From Eindhoven Airport
Bus 400 and 401 will take you to the Eindhoven Central Station within 20 minutes.
Tickets can be bought at the ticket machine at the bus stop or at this link.


From Eindhoven Central Station

Eindhoven city center and its central train station are located close to the university campus. Walking to the campus will take you only 10 minutes.
