Depending on your citizenship, you may need to obtain a Visa before coming to Netherlands. For detailed information, please visit the website of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

All attendees are responsible for obtaining their own Visa for the Netherlands. The organizing committee will issue invitation letters if necessary.
You must be able to confirm that you have registered and paid for the conference.
